Phase 5 / Ep 29: The Perfect Daily Reconciliation Ritual session-archive.md
We have come a long way in this great crowdsourcing process (building the T-Block system). In the actual practice of the day, even powerful AI systems will leave hundreds of lines of log records and a messy pile of modification history fragments and discarded thoughts.
Are you now ready to shut down your computer, leave work, and enjoy a hearty dinner? Don't press the shutdown button yet. Let this group of tireless Agents perform the highest-level "final archiving and closing remarks" handover.
Create the final workflow .agents/workflows/session-archive.md.
1. Crafting the Perfect Exit Checklist System
In this handover system, you tell this "employee":
# Session Mandatory Archiving and Handover Protocol
When you receive phrases similar to "finished a day's development" or "do the wrap-up work". You are not required to write new features.
Mandatorily execute this set of end-of-session archiving steps:
1. **Review Overall Goals**: Check `task_plan.md` once, and mentally review the `[x]` items checked today.
2. **Today's Report and Closing**: In `docs/progress.md`, write down in extremely meticulous detail how you climbed out of the three underlying pitfalls encountered today. This holds supreme value for recalling the thought process when resuming tomorrow.
3. **Next Steps Beacon**: Separately in `progress.md`, leave a space for the "first explicit prompt" when restarting the project tomorrow or much later (e.g., "The first thing to do tomorrow is to connect xxx, because today only the interfaces have been stubbed out.").
Once this workflow is executed before leaving work, this super-capable system will, like a top-tier architectural manager, before you shut down your computer after each tiring development session, perfectly organize the entire chaotic state, resetting it to a pristine state. It will become your greatest confidence to safely disconnect from the large language model network afterwards and return to develop the next phase at any time, fully refreshed.
