Anthropic, a leading artificial intelligence developer, has reportedly entered into an agreement with CoreWeave to lease significant AI data center computing power. This strategic move is aimed at addressing the escalating demands of its rapidly growing Claude AI services.
According to CoreWeave's Chief Executive Officer, the agreement will see CoreWeave providing a range of Nvidia chip architectures from its U.S. data centers. This computing infrastructure is crucial for Anthropic to further develop and deploy its sophisticated Claude AI models. The partnership also highlights CoreWeave's expanding influence in the AI compute market, as it now counts four of the world's major AI model developers among its clientele.
