Claude Cowork is now generally available on macOS and Windows through the Claude Desktop app, expanding with new capabilities like Analytics API, usage analytics, and OpenTelemetry support. Additionally, role-based access controls are introduced for Enterprise plans, allowing admins to organize users into groups and assign custom roles.

Claude Cowork is now generally available on macOS and Windows through the Claude Desktop app. With this, we’re expanding Claude Cowork with new capabilities: Claude Cowork in the Analytics API, usage analytics for Claude Cowork, and Claude Cowork OpenTelemetry support.
